We do not sell any physical goods, so no physical shipping or courier delivery is required.

2. Delivery Method

Once your payment is successfully completed through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay), you will receive your ebook:

Immediately via download link shown on the checkout/confirmation page, and/or
Via email to the registered email address within 5–10 minutes of purchase.

If you do not receive your ebook within 1 hour, please check your Spam/Junk folder or contact us.

3. Delivery Time

Digital ebooks are usually delivered instantly after successful payment.
In some cases (due to server or email delays), delivery may take up to 1 hour.

4. Non-Delivery Issues

If you face any issue accessing or downloading your ebook:

Provide your order ID, email address, and payment details.
Our team will assist you within 24–48 hours.

5. Incorrect Email Address

Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect email addresses provided by customers.
