Digital Products

Since our products are digital (ebooks), *all sales are final*. Once the ebook has been delivered or

downloaded, no refund or exchange is possible.

 

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

You were charged twice for the same product.

The ebook file is corrupted or inaccessible

(and we are unable to fix it within 3 working days).
